Tell us about your business!
Sutton Medical Consulting is an SME that provides local, affordable private healthcare in an outpatient setting. We offer consultations, treatments and minor procedures that aren’t available through the NHS. We can also provide scans and nurse-led services such as well person checks across all specialities.
Which print products have you found the most success with?
Print provides a massive benefit to conveying information about treatments and services to our clients, and we’re particularly a fan of tri-fold leaflets and posters for this purpose. Whilst posters are ideal for waiting room walls, folded leaflets allow our patients to take information home with them to better digest and discuss their healthcare options.
How do you make your customers feel special?
Our aim is to give the customer a personal, one-to-one, friendly and professional service that they would not necessarily get in a larger organisation. We like to build relationships with our clients so that they trust that they’re getting the best possible care.
