instantprint's wide roller banners give your brand more space at trade shows, exhibitions, events and retail spaces. Printed in full colour on durable, flexible 330gsm PVC using our EFI Vutek Q3r printer, they keep text sharp and graphics vibrant, even at 1.5 metres wide. Each printed graphic comes pre-fitted into its retractable stand, with a free carry case for transport and storage. Big enough to fill the back of your stand. Bold enough to be seen across the hall.

instantprint's wide roller banners are 2,000mm tall, in three widths:
Custom sizes aren't available. For a narrower banner, choose 800mm roller banners instead.
Choose 1,000mm for more space than a standard 800mm banner while keeping it light, at about 3kg with a single support pole. Choose 1,200mm or 1,500mm for a backdrop or a bigger stand.
The two larger widths hold bigger images and more branding, but weigh about 6kg and are easiest to put up with two people.
Yes. Your graphic comes pre-fitted into its metal base (the cassette), with support poles and a free carry case, so there's no separate stand to buy.
The 1,000mm width has one support pole. The 1,200mm and 1,500mm widths have two, which slot into either end of the cassette. Premium banners come with a padded carry case.
It depends on the turnaround you choose. With instantprint's 1 Working Day option, approve your artwork by 6:30pm on Monday and it's dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.
Same Day Express delivers the next working day, and 4 Working Days is the lowest-cost option. Your exact delivery date shows before you pay.
Yes. Choose Same Day Express, then order and approve your artwork before 5pm for delivery the next working day.
Uploading a file isn't enough on its own; the deadline applies to approving your proof. Extended delivery areas take one extra working day.
Width, weight and setup. A standard roller banner is 800mm wide, weighs about 3kg and has one support pole.
Wide roller banners are 1,000mm, 1,200mm or 1,500mm wide, giving more space for images and branding. The 1,200mm and 1,500mm widths weigh about 6kg and use two poles. Both are 2,000mm tall and printed on the same 330gsm PVC.
A 1,500mm wide roller banner gives the most coverage, and two side by side can fill the back of a small stand. For a polished look up close, a premium 1,000mm banner hides its feet.
instantprint's roller banners aren't fire rated, so check your exhibition's rules before ordering.
Place the base on a level surface and, on a standard base, swing out the feet. On 1,200mm and 1,500mm banners, slot both support poles into either end of the cassette, then pull the graphic up evenly and secure it to both poles. instantprint recommends two people for this.
The 1,000mm banner uses one support pole.

Yes, you can order a single wide roller banner. The price depends on the width, base, turnaround and quantity, and ordering more copies of the same design lowers the price per banner.

instantprint offers free standard delivery on orders over £75. On smaller orders, the delivery price is calculated in your basket based on the option you choose, including tracked delivery or an upgrade to pre-noon delivery.

instantprint prints wide roller banners on 330gsm PVC, a strong, flexible plastic that rolls into the base between uses. gsm stands for grams per square metre and describes the material's weight.
Banners are printed on an EFI Vutek Q3r wide-format printer and go through a 10-point quality check before dispatch.
No. instantprint's roller banner material isn't fire rated, whichever width or base you choose.
Some exhibitions and venues require fire-rated displays, so check their requirements before ordering.
No. Roller banners are designed for indoor use, and a wide freestanding base isn't built to cope with wind and rain.
For outdoor advertising, choose a PVC banner instead, which is secured to a wall, fence or other supporting surface.
Yes. If your postcode is in an extended delivery area, delivery takes one extra working day. Extended areas are specific postcodes rather than whole regions, so check yours on instantprint's Delivery & Turnaround page.
The delivery date shown at checkout already includes any extra day for your address.
Yes. instantprint delivers to UK event venues that accept courier deliveries. Check the venue's receiving hours before you order, and include any company name, event name or stand number they need in the delivery address.
Delivery outside the UK isn't available.
Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK, with fonts embedded or outlined and 3mm bleed on every edge. Bleed is extra background that runs past the trim line, so no white edges show after cutting.
Use images of at least 150dpi at full size; 300dpi gives finer detail. Download the blank template for your width from the Templates tab to get the cut lines and safe areas right.
Add your banner to the basket and you'll be prompted to upload your artwork, or keep shopping and upload it from your basket later. Every order includes a free artwork check, and you'll approve a digital proof before printing; physical proofs aren't available.
Your delivery date counts from when you approve the proof.
Yes. Add each design to the basket as a separate item with its own artwork. For identical banners, choose one design and increase the quantity, which also gets you bulk pricing.
No. The graphic is permanently fitted into the cassette, and replacement graphics, poles and blank units aren't available.
If you'll want to change your artwork while keeping the frame, choose a stretch fabric display instead, which takes replacement graphics.
Yes. Enter a valid code in the voucher field in your basket and check the updated total.
Some offers, such as charity or first-order discounts, have eligibility rules and may exclude certain products. Check the terms on instantprint's current offers page.
Yes. Use Save as Quote in the basket to keep your specification and price for sign-off.
The packaging, yes: instantprint's packaging is widely recyclable, including the plastic. The banner is different. Its printed graphic is PVC, so it isn't biodegradable and can't go in paper recycling.
Ask your local waste provider how to dispose of the PVC graphic and metal base separately. A take-back scheme isn't currently offered.

Choose a turnaround when you order. The delivery date shown next to each option already includes printing and delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you approve your artwork after the cut-off, your delivery date moves back.

Delivery is calculated in your basket and depends on the product and quantity you order. Every order is delivered by our delivery partners, and once it's been dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Spend £75 or more and your standard delivery is on us.
instantprint offers next working day delivery on eligible express orders when you order and approve your artwork before 5pm, subject to your postcode and available options.
Same Day Express refers to printing and dispatch that day, not delivery that day. Check the delivery date for your selected size and cassette before paying. Uploading artwork without approving the proof doesn't meet the deadline.
instantprint's one-working-day turnaround describes production time; delivery is additional. Use the complete delivery date shown when ordering rather than treating turnaround as the arrival date.
Saturday delivery is available for eligible orders when offered at checkout. A Friday express order doesn't automatically qualify. Extended areas will take one extra working day, and bank holidays can also affect arrival dates. You can check your delivery date at checkout.
instantprint delivers to eligible UK addresses, including event venues that accept courier deliveries. Choose a delivery date at least one working day before your event, confirm the venue can accept parcels on that day and during its receiving hours, and include its required company, event or stand details in the delivery address.
Direct international delivery isn't offered. If arranging onward transport yourself, ask live chat about packed dimensions, weight and any product information needed for customs before booking a courier.
Yes. instantprint's Split Delivery sends one order to two or more UK addresses, with the quantity of each product divided between them. Choose it in your basket, then either add your addresses and pay at checkout, or reserve it and finish setting it up later in My Orders. A reserved order doesn't go into production until the setup is completed and paid.
Split Delivery covers your whole order, and the fee is based on how many boxes go to each address. It's charged on top of your order and isn't covered by free delivery on orders over £75. You'll see the cost before you pay. Split orders are sent through our distribution centre, so they arrive later than the Next Day, Faster and Fast dates above; check the estimated delivery date in your basket. You can't change addresses or quantities yourself once you've paid, so check your list before confirming.
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.
Setting Up Your Wire Bound Book
We recommend you download one of our blank templates that can be found in the templates section or use the product measurements on the right to create a design in a third-party tool.
Please supply your artwork as a single PDF containing all pages in the correct sequence order. When preparing your artwork, ensure you follow the template provided, allowing for the spine width and maintaining the required safe area around the wire binding.
If you are emailing your design over to us, please note, due to the extra checks that we carry out for this product, it can take up to 4 hours to receive your proof.
