What is your business name and how long have you been in business?
We’re the Down's Syndrome Association and we've been going since 1970, so 50-plus years!
We are a national organisation, committed to improving the quality of life for people who have Down’s syndrome, promoting their right to be included on a full and equal basis with others. Our charity supports people who have Down's Syndrome and their families and supporters throughout their lives from before birth all the way through to old age.
How long have you been ordering from instantprint?
I think we started using instantprint back in about 2018/19. We order posters and booklets from you, they're used for our big awareness campaign around World Down's Syndrome Day in March every year. But we also print a lot of informational leaflets to provide parents and supporters with information about what we do, how we can help them and information about Down's Syndrome.
Why do you choose to order printed products over digital marketing?
When we need stuff printed, we need stuff printed. If we're attending events, it's always good to have print copies to be able to give to people. We also send out information packs if new parents get in touch with us to introduce them to the organisation. Sometimes, print is just more appropriate for the circumstances of our charity.
Has print played an important part in your business success do you think?
I'd say it's played a part! The work that you've done for us has always been of good quality and the turnaround is always very prompt. The fact that you're also never waiting to speak to someone makes you very accessible.
Why do you choose to use instantprint over other printers?
