To order, you 'll supply a purchase order and once confirmed we 'll product and dispatch your order. The invoice will be sent to you with an agreed payment date as per your monthly statement.

You will need to complete a Direct Debit application form and a direct debit mandate. You can ask your account manager to provide these for you.
