How many flyers should I print for an event?
It depends on several factors!
Advertising – If you’re using flyers to advertise your festival, think about how much time you’ve got to circulate them and where you plan to hand them out. If you’re attending a busy fresher’s fayre for a week, you could be looking at thousands. If you’re handing them out on the local high street for the day, you may just want a few hundred.
Attendees – If your flyers are going to be handed out on the day of your event, think about the number of attendees. If you’ve sold tickets, keep track of how many and work out the number of flyers you need based on that. It’s always better to have a few too many than not enough!
Budget – Of course budget is a big contender. The more flyers you need the more expensive it will be. However, the more you order, the cheap the cost per flyer becomes, it’s all about finding the perfect balance!
