Custom Fabric Pop-Up Exhibition Stands
Big presence, zero faff. Our fabric pop-up stands pair a lightweight aluminium scissor frame with a single-sided printed polyester graphic, giving you a full backdrop wall that's tool-free to build in around five minutes and easy to carry at around 8-11kg packed. Choose Small (1.53m), Medium (2.25m) or Large (3.01m) widths, all 2.3m tall, or go for our 1.1m x 1m podium. It's ideal for trade shows, exhibitions and conferences when a single roller banner won't cut it.

Quick Setup & Easy Reuse
After the first setup, your graphic stays attached when the frame folds down, so there's no re-hanging or re-attaching the Velcro. Just stretch the frame out, lock it in place and you're ready. When the doors close, fold the stand down with the graphic still on, zip it into the wheeled trolley bag and roll it back to the car. It'll sit neatly in a cupboard until your next show, then do the whole thing again without a reprint.

What fabric pop-up sizes are available?
Our fabric pop-up displays come in three sizes. An optional podium is also available:
- Small (3 × 2): 1.53m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Medium (3 × 3): 2.25m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Large (3 × 4): 3.01m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Podium: 1.1m (W) × 1m (H) × 0.4m (D)
The 3 × 2, 3 × 3 and 3 × 4 names refer to the number of sections in the frame rather than the dimensions in metres.
All sizes above are the dimensions of the fully assembled display.
What size Fabric Pop-Up Display should I choose?
The best size depends on your available exhibition space and how you plan to use your display.
Small: Ideal for compact exhibition stands and promotional spaces.
Medium: A versatile option for most exhibitions, trade shows and branded backdrops.
Large: Best for larger spaces where you want to create a more prominent branded backdrop.
Check the full dimensions of each size before ordering to make sure it fits comfortably within your event or exhibition space.
How easy is a Fabric Pop-Up Display to set up?
One person can assemble a Fabric Pop-Up Display in around 5-10 minutes, although using two people can make setup quicker and easier.
Expand the aluminium scissor frame, connect the colour-coded components and secure the printed graphic using the Velcro edging.
The graphic can remain attached when the frame is collapsed, making future setup even quicker.
Can I replace the graphic without buying a new frame?
Yes. If you already own a compatible instantprint Fabric Pop-Up frame, you can order a Replacement Graphic separately to update your artwork without purchasing another complete display.
Make sure you select the same size as your existing frame.
How do I order a podium?
Podiums are sold separately and aren’t included as standard with your Fabric Pop-Up Display.
If you’d like to add one, order the podium separately and add it to your basket alongside your display.
How easy is a Fabric Pop-Up Display to transport?
Each Full Display includes a padded wheeled carry bag, helping you transport and store the display between exhibitions and events.
The frame collapses down for easier storage, and the printed graphic can remain attached when packed away.
Can I leave the fabric graphic attached when I pack the display away?
Yes. The fabric graphic can remain attached when the display is collapsed.
Simply release the frame supports and fold the frame down. The graphic stays secured to the frame using the Velcro edging, helping make your next setup quicker.
Is the Fabric Pop-Up printed on both sides?
No. Fabric Pop-Up Displays are printed single-sided.
Your artwork is printed across the front of the display and continues around the side panels. Our artwork templates show the main front-facing area so you can position important text, logos and design elements correctly.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Setting Up Your Fabric Pop-Up Artwork
Download the artwork template for your chosen size before you start designing. Once downloaded, you can import it straight into your design software. Alternatively, you can use our free design tool.
Designing Your Artwork
Your design is printed as one continuous fabric graphic across the front and side returns of the display. Extend backgrounds and imagery across the full template, but keep important text, logos and contact details within the safe areas shown.
Remember that the outer sections wrap around the sides of the frame when assembled. Keep key information on the main front-facing area so it stays easy to see from directly in front of your stand.
Supplying Your Artwork
Supply one artwork file for your complete fabric pop-up. Use the guides on the template for the correct artwork area, safe zones and any required bleed.
For the best result, use high-resolution images and check your artwork carefully at proofing stage, particularly around the edges and side returns.
